There is a huge difference, now. Information. We had none in the anti-Vietnam years. That gave Cronkite enormous influence. In 1971 I was teaching social studies, but had no materials to use in teaching about Vietnam. So I set out to write something. There was one dull book on the history of Vietnam to use as a resource, nothing else.

He is the author of the new book Divided We Fall, which makes the case that disunity, incited and fueled by the antiwar movement, led to America’s defeat in Vietnam.

When the left has to lie to see their policies and position implemented, there must be something wrong with those policies. Hopefully in the age of the internet, the Rats won't get away with this crap again.
