This summer my daughter went through 3 vandalism incidents to her car. One time parked at a restaurant, one time at a friend's house and the last (rental car, her's was in the body shop)in front of another friend's house.
These all happened in decent neighborhoods. I can only imagine what is happening in the traditionally "tough" neighborhoods. The police who have responded to the calls say between the mass exodus of veteran police officers during Brown's regime and the influx of unchecked criminals from the east and south, they do not have the man power to protect the citizens of Houston. Bill White, you broke it, FIX IT! In the meantime, we believe that a family that carries concealed together, covers our own.......

Talk radio today mentioned the problem. They said the "Hooters" cards were used to buy beer across the street from the Dome. Said crime in the area sky rocketed.
