ICE didn't cut the "newsies" in on the details. They had these fellows scooped up and in detention before they could talk to anyone.
They need to be deported. WRVA is reporting that "they were just looking for work" and a judge in Alexandria is going to decide if they get deported or not.
FWIW, I'm not buying the "just looking for work" line.
