I saw the pictures and thought the same thing. That guy doesn't look like the real Castro, could be one of his body doubles.

Closely compare hairline, nose shape, ears and eyebrows. There appear to be dissimilarities, but it could be the differences in lighting and camera angle.

Something was bugging me about that picture and I couldn't quite put my finger on it until somebody sent me a recent picture of him.
Both his hair and beard are gray....and "this guy" has very little gray.
