Watch it, you're hitting close to home here, LOL! 1/2 of my family heritage is German, although they were bakers, not sausage makers, thank goodness. Who wants to watch sausage grinding, like our politicians do. Actually, I've suddenly developed an overwhelming taste for a good Metwurst. Will have to order one on the web.
