Actually, it's the constitution which the founding fathers created that make that impossible, but that's just a minor detail clarification, isn't it? ;~)
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof
Now - maybe we can ammend that to say Congress can make ~one~ law.... choose wisely :~)
