Peach asked:
Does anyone know if the ceasefire requires that Hezbollah return the kidnapped Israeli soldiers?

Tomguy replied:

Per a dem pundit on FoxNews, the answer is 'no'. The return of the Israeli soldiers is not a part of the cease-fire agreement.

What I have heard is that it's in the resolution, but not required

It's Security Council Resolution 1701, but I haven't found the text posted yet.

I found it, and it only mentions the prisoners. (In fact, it sounds like a total piece of garbage.)
