Why do they need hundreds or thousands of detonators? Come on, think!I read this as a leading question pointing to an obvious answer, not a criticism. The obvious answers I come up with are that
- they have hundreds or thousands of Jihadis who need a way to communicate for an immenent strike
- they have tons of IEDs they want to set off using cell phones as remote detonators (maybe here?)
- a combination of the above
