They need to get their heads out of the Koran and into something useful to society, just like most of the Islamic world.
Memorizing the Koran cover-to-cover just doesn't do much to prepare you for useful work in the modern industrial/information age.
I noticed that too. I think they are all quick to put Bush's name in all that is wrong because they and a large percentage of the planet suffers from BDS. They have an instant audience and supporters.

The press twist the news to fit their anti-western, anti-Bush and Blair agenda and inflame the hatred. I'll be glad to see the press get their long deserved comeuppance.
The ineptitude of the so called leadership will lead to a disaster which will lead to citizen intervention. Is it time to bring back the term "Destiny?"

As for the expulsion of the Moors from Spain. Ferdinand and Isabelle rightly recoginized what so many refuse to see.
The truth is that Islam has always been a threat to European/ Judeo-Christian/ Western civilization. The followers of Muhammed have used the sword to spread Islam from its very inception. They never have been and never will be a religion of peace. Peace is only for fellow believers. The peace they claim comes only from the submission of all others to Islam. It is not a true peace.

The Brits have got themselves in a box. To make amends for colonialism, they gave every Indian/Pakistani Muslim a British passport, in part to pretend that that fiction, the "Commonwealth" was anything more than a fiction. The only true British commonwealth is the informal alliance among the English-speaking [peoples.

Yes...I agree, the other solution would, a 6 month indoctrination course in British, and western values, the course would be mandatory, for all applicants who are apply for permanent settlement....BEFORE they are arrive on British territory...additional courses in civics would be required after arrival....the quicker we, in the western world, realize, we are dealing with group of inbred mongrels, throw backs to a primitive time...the better for all....
