Don't get your question. As in the movie and as I read the piece above, Jason Thomas was the marine who teamed up with SSG Karnes to locate missing persons in the World Trade Center rubble after the search had been discontinued for the day. He should have been represented in the movie as a Black man, of course. He's a hero.

A sudden outcry about the WTC movie and skin color doesn't surprise me.
