What is it with the cell phones and these guys?
They're useful as:(a)throwaway phones that can be used by terrorists for messages "in the clear" with little fear of tracking; (b) as initiating devices for the detonation of explosives-(Just call as the target goes by,and BOOM !)
(One type of phone even comes with an alarm clock feature,that makes it perfect for timebombs.)
