Yeah, they had one a few weeks ago, all the usual kooks and freaks. They`ve pretty much taken over Union square now, this is where Cindy Sheehan spews her drivel everytime she visits. When she visits it`s like the Messiah has arrived.
Anyway, I drive a taxi, so what I`m going to start doing is taking my camera. I have a Sony digital and I never use it if you can believe it. You won`t believe the crap they pull here. If another 911 happened tomorrow, these absolute a-holes would be out the next day blaming Israel and Bush.
Oh YES! Guess who I met last week? Al Sharpton!!! I was driving near Fox studios (was he on Fox last week?) and hit a stoplight, and lo and behold, who should be standing right next to my cab talking on a cell phone, but Al himself!!! So I yelled out "Hey Al!" and he turned around and I said, "Do the world a favor, turn around, kick yourself in ass, and shut the f- up!!!" lol!! And he got this look of confusion in his face, and he just stared at me... I guess he gets a lot of that, or considering this city, he probably never gets it. He seemed like he was trying to find out if I was kidding or not. That was the BEST though! Oh maaan if only I got that on video!

I miss NYC big time. I used to travel there every week. I once had a Cabbie take me from Time Square to Laguardia. He was screaming things out the window at the wackos as we went along. It was funny but I thought he was going to get us killed... I'll never forget it.
