I hate to say it my FRiend, but from what I've been reading in the news lately, the entire State of Michigan might qualify as a "sleeper cell".

Any place could be a sleeper cell.They're all over the place. There's a map going around the internet somewhere. Also, don't forget that sleeper cells like cell phones.
