I'd be surprised if any major search engine does NOT show these sites. They do not screen for content, other than sexual content.
There's no point. That information is all over the internet. Even hardcore jihadist websites are only a few clicks away. Many mosques will have one or two guys that 'know people', and can point you in the direction of some very explicit and informative websites.
