This is OT. But to comment on that case, I thought Derkowitz (sp?) was right to argue on her husband's defense.
The children committed illegalities when they hired private investigators and pursued that case and Derkowitz was able to overcome them.
The children were right in what they did. I'm sure you wuold have done the dame for your mother. and the courts agreed.
