I'm not saying that Michael Schiavo was perfect, he wasn't. But you can't bring his personal life (and sin) into the case and use it to make lawful judgments.

Yes, you can when it involves a conflict of interest. This is used all the time in courts, such as the Sunny von Bulow case.

Why yes you can, if you have an actual Florida Supreme Court who will agree rather than the current set of Floozies.
