I would even venture to say that disallowing one's spouse to honor their wish in relation to following local state and federal laws in that the state is the only one to decide a matter such is that is very liberal in its thinking.

That was such a sad case. How horrible to have the man who has a live in mistress and other conflict of interest issues, be designated Terri's guardian. That is scary.
In Sunny von Bulow's case, for example, her children and not the husband were designated guardians for this reason. And, of course, Terri never made a living will, and her estranged husband admitted on TV that he had no idea what her wish would have been. I doubt it would have been to be dehydrated to death. What a horrible way to die.

There was no wish. After the big settlement award for Terri's rehabilitation, Mikey took the settlement money, cut off her rehabilitation and gave the rehab monies to death lawyers who judge shopped to Judge Greer.
They MURDERED HER. Got it?

The mainstream media will retire someday and the new blood may start reporting the facts of the matter.

And allowing a husband to exercise his wish to kill his wife is conservative?
Or are you aware of some credible evidence that Terri wished to be fatally dehydrated? I've read the testimony of the Schiavos; it is not credible regardless of what Judge Greer says. None of Michael's supporters seem able to offer any other evidence. Maybe you have some?
