Well the USSC also agreed with all the lower level of the Courts in the TS case. You can assign all the blame you want in re: Mr. Crist, et al., but it's just not credible to do so.
The USSC said it would not act, that was not the same as issuing a judgment. That is scarcely a ringing endorsement for you and your pro death ilk, as the USSC takes no action on almost all the petitions it gets.
