where's all the good stuff about how great Charlie Crist is? you can't defend him, can you? I'm waiting for a jpeg of Crist with somebody in a wheelchair. That's the jpeg I want to see. There have been no takers and I asked for such a photo over a week ago.

Crist is going to hand the disabled community their hat. He's already done it.

Darryl Rouson, a St. Pete attorney who was the head of the NAACP quit the DEMOCRATIC PARTY to support CHARLIE CRIST.

Crist violated the Florida Constitution.

"FLORIDA CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 2. Basic rights.--All natural persons, female and male alike, are equal before the law and have inalienable rights, among which are the right to enjoy and defend life and liberty, to pursue happiness, to be rewarded for industry, and to acquire, possess and protect property; except that the ownership, inheritance, disposition and possession of real property by aliens ineligible for citizenship may be regulated or prohibited by law. No person shall be deprived of any right because of race, religion, national origin, or physical disability."

good for you! Go, Gallagher! The next debate is gonna be held soon. I can't find my post-it note. I don't know why c-span wouldn't cover it because Florida is such a pivotal state. (but sometimes c-span would rather cover an anti-american rally instead).

I have stated several times that I do not support him and I was disappointed that we had such a poor set of candidates to choose from.

You must have been at your window looking for unmarked cars coming to"surveille" you and missed it.

"I'm sick of looking out the window to see if I'm being surveilled". ( your post #135, remember?)

Hey...they could be out there right now! Better go check.

I think your posts are doing Gallagher a lot of damage, as your semi-coherent rantings reflect badly on him as a candidate.

You being his biggest fan, and what I've learned about you through the posts raises some red flags. If I were running for office, I sure want you on my side, doing this. Makes it look like Gallagher fans are a little kooky. You are currently doing him more harm than good but I see you haven't figured that out yet.

BILL CLINTON ENDORSES SEN. JIM KING, JAX. (he's in Crist's crowd - killing the disabled and the elderly against their will)

"And allowing a husband to exercise his wish to kill his wife is conservative?"

The issue is that the spouse has the controlling vote. Get it?

Would you have been supportive if MS had fought to keep on machines the rest of her life?

Why is Scott Peterson on death row?

Where do you get the notion that spouses have any such right? Even Michael, Felos, et al. don't claim that. The only reason Michael Schiavo was allowed to kill Terri is that he, his brother Scott Schiavo, and his other brother's sister Joan Schiavo, claimed that that Terri had previously said that's what she wanted. Never mind the fact that there's no evidence anyone remembered Terri's "wishes" until after Michael Schiavo met George Felos, and despite being Terri's self-proclaimed "best friend", Joan had not bothered to see Terri since her incapacitation and didn't even know what a feeding tube was.

"Why is Scott Peterson on death row?"

He was charged with murder and a jury convicted him.

What does this question have to do with the thread?

Why are you noticably unable to anwer the following questions and, in fact have to hide from them.

A few of Gallaghers already well-known problems (quoting an earlier post by mednole):

1. The ethics charges which are currently pending against him, with the punishment (censure/fine/impeachment) likely to be given prior to the election.
2. Supporting the sales tax on services (an additional 6% added to all services performed in the state).
3. Supporting the additional 1 cent sales tax for prisons, raising the sales tax to 7% statewide.
4. Supporting AWB, bullet registration, and a ban on gun ownership if you're under 21.
5. Flip flopping (just like Kerry) on abortion, parental consent, vouchers, and tort reform.
6. Repeated (and well documented) cheating on his wife.
7. Admitted drug use while he was a state legislator.
8. Day trading stocks while on public time. And trading stocks of companies that were doing business with the state, at a time he was VOTING on the actual business they had with the state.
9. Using state employees to manage his real estate properties.
10. He's down over 20 points in the polls and was HUGELY outraised by Crist and BOTH Democrats during last reporting period. For whatever reason, his funds have dried up. In fact he only raised $225 in new money last week. That's pathetic!
11. Running negative attack ads (the first Republican to do so) against Jeb Bush in his prior run for Governor. Jeb responded by saying "Gallagher makes Lawton Chiles look conservative" with all of his proposed tax increases.

"Hey babe...what are you doing after the debate tonight?"

But he was merely exercising his authority as husband to make his wife dead.

He committed murder in meeting the definition of committing an illegal activity PC 187.

That doesn't compare with MS.

He committed murder in meeting the definition of committing an illegal activity PC 187.

Then you have the legal right to file criminal charges against him and have him arrested and stop whining about it.

If it's that all really that important to you, what's stopping you from doing that?

Doesn't cost one red penny to you to file criminal charges against him.

Time to "put your money where your mouth is".

Disregard previous post as it was meant as a reply to the exact opposite of the post I was "supposedly" answering and failed to read thoroughly.I'm noe going to inflict my own punishment by being forced to listened to 22 audio re-runs of the "Meow Mix" commercial.

Agree. Why didn't the TS supporters file a complaint with the allegation of murder on MS with law enforcement? I believe anyone can file a report.

Just do it and be done with it.

I'm getting sick and tired of the whining myself.

Put up or shut up, I say.

I guess I'm not the only one who noticed your post was a description of what MS did to Terri. And you have to ask what one murder has to do with another murder, when the two are that indistinguishable?

Terri herself was supposed to have a "vote" too. The degree of certitude needed may have met the technicalities, but those technicalities put the security of her life on the same plane as the question of who inherits her diamond ring. The law is worse than an ass here, it is a blasphemy.
