This means that the phone should last as long as any other phone on the market. Someone buying even two phones in more than a month is worth looking into.

You replace every occurance of "phone" with "gun" in that paragraph, and you got a classic liberal sound bite if ever one existed. Thing is, though, there isn't a Second Ammendment for cell phones, though, is there? I say track 'em.

Well, if you really wanna go there, no, there's no "Second Amendment" for speech-oriented stuff such as communication devices. They don't need it -- they've already got the first amendment. And, "track 'em" is the standard suggestion for Second Amendment devices.

This is a very, very bad situation, and I don't see a good ending for it. At the very least, I think we're going to see a serious restriction on the First Amendment for law abiding citizens.

And if you don't think "anonymous speech" is worthy of consideration, then perhaps you should take it up with folks like "Publius" and "The Federal Farmer."
