But if nothing else, he's better than a Rat because he votes for Republicans when it comes to organizing the Senate. Maybe if it is 52-48. I wouldn't count on his vote if it was 51-49 or 50-50.

Fine. Make Chaffee the top priority -- after knocking off enough Rats to give the GOP a solid working majority. Not before.
