The Democrat said he has decided to test the presidential waters because of partisan gridlock in the Senate. Even if Democrats regain control of the chamber, he said it's unlikely they could advance much of an agenda.The best agenda in congress is no agenda. Stay home where you'll no harm except emitting CO2 causing global warming.
