If you noticed over the past few days, I did not join others in hand-wringing over Israel's supposed waffling. I never believed they would stop short of blasting Hezbollah in a permanent fashion.

Yes,I did notice. From the outset, Israel's war plan hinged on executing rope-a-dope with Hezbollah. Israel is fighting for its existance here. They will not stop until they are victorious.
