She should have hired military personnel. The one thing military personnel have is attention to detail. If she wanted her Starbucks such and such drink she would have gotten it to her exact standards. I don't think they would have thought twice about it. What the heck if you are going to buy a drink at Starbucks why not do it right. The rest is ridiculous. Military folks understand that you don't do a job for praise and if the boss is having a bad day...so be it. The candy for the parade should be what she requested. Why are these spoiled brats complaining because they were horrible on the job. I don't blame Katherine on this at all. She gave out her expectations and requirements and the people she hired could not perform to the level. She should have fired them long before they quit....Oh that another thing military personnel don't do...quit! Of course some will say, I know so and so who was in the military and he/she did this and that...well of course not every military personnel is up to snuff, but I am talking about most who really CARE about getting the job done.
