In my personal experience with underlings of a certain generation, I have found that they just plain don't like working for people. They think they have all the answers, yet they don't know what hard work is really like.

Sounds like a bunch of whiney brats.

Ed Rollins is a "whiney brat"?

I think it's quite clear that Katherine Harris has marched off the deep end.

I've found that those who want to work for local elections are definitely NOT those people.

Indeed, every candidate uses members of "a certain generation" and they don't have the problems in the same way.

And how do you dismiss those comments from the older, veteran election pros that have left her campaign?

Finally, if Harris is correct, that her problems are with crappy staff, what does that say about her ability to run an effective Senate office should she become elected? Voting for bills is only half of the job of a Senator; running a Senate office is incredibly important, and her inablity to run a campaign does not bode well.

Very true! I remember that Liz Dole's staff regularly were in panic mode (and probably still are)! Face facts..., if you are working for a highly ambitious person..., chances are you will be in such a work environment!!! This is true regardless of the occupational are involved!!!
