The guy on the left is named "Don Stewart-Whyte," according to the Daily Mail.

Daily Mail article states he is a recent convert to Islam.

I dunno, if this is the guy the Fox News reporter talking about, he doesn't look very Anglo-Saxon to me with those heavy black eyebrows. But maybe he is.
