Isn't it true that some of them on September 11 didn't know they were involved in an actual suicide mission? Seems to me that it would be extremely difficult to stay calm and look "normal", and not draw attention to yourself or "the plan", all the while knowing that you're looking at the last few hours or minutes of your life. 72 virgins waiting in the wings or not.... Considering that, the plan could have been that only one or two leaders know the real deal is going down, thus keeping the young "recruits" calm. Authorities found 2 suicide letters. Geeze, yesterday could have been the real thing.
