It wasn't the crack MI5 or Scotland Yard that broke this case. It was a muslim woman who was a neighbor to one of the safe houses. I believe this will bear out as fact.

My present understanding is that MI5, Scotland Yard, the CIA, the NSA and Pakistani Security played a major role for many months.
