You might want to type in the url daily telegraph (run it together) and then .com.au and you will be able to read, print and see the article and the picture that went with it. It's Murdoch's lead story so its the lead on the online edition as well.
Well, Aug 22nd sure sounds like a more likely date...I didn't understand the Aug 16th date at all.
