Hizbullah: No Deal if IDF Remains in Lebanon

(IsraelNN.com) Hizbullah leaders are indicating they will not accept a UN-brokered ceasefire plan, based on reports the plan includes a gradual withdrawal of Israeli forces. The Hizbullah statement rejects any plan that does not call for the immediate withdrawal of IDF troops from Lebanese territory.
