I've always thought that, periodically, we should "leak" that we have "covert agents" in deep cover with the terrorists...always keep them looking over their shoulder. NY Times wants to publish our "secrets" so badly...let them...but we might as well make it beneficial to us!
These clowns are paranoid anyway. May as well add to it by making them think that there are moles in their little cells.
