I disagree. They have attacked in different ways each time, and they attack our economy. Most of all, they want to be effective, and since 9-11, everyone on every hijacked plane would know what was in store and they would try to take back the plane.
Much better would be to have a successful attack which would signal to all foreigners hoping to come to the US on vacation and spend $$$ that they could be next--something even this failure will accomplish.

Not only do we need to let the captured would-be martyrs because their civil rights were violated I think we should also have the US Air Force down at least 10 jumbo jets over the Atlantic. That'll teach Dubya to walk over the civil rights of those who were denied the right to become martyrs and get their virgins.

Of course cities were targeted. They want the most death for their plans and blowing up in the middle of the ocean would not accomplish that.I believe that as well. It's possible that they aren't telling us that (or they didn't know for sure) so as not to cause wide-spread panic.

Can you believe it?! And here Reid and Pelosi were, THIS CLOSE, to renaming the FBI the Federal Bureau of Speculation.
To: jdm
Maybe they should also consider retaliatory plans to let the muzzies know that this time they wont get out clean...

I have not heard much talk about the CIA today.
I wonder if they got cut out of the deal.

And now we have Greta screaming for all the world to hear that a British agent had INFILTRATED the cell. That's OK. Now, the rats will start turning on each other, in fits of paranoia. Nobody will know who to trust, or if anybody can be trusted.
Nothing can break up a possible "Plan B" like having to sleep with one eye open and looking over your shoulder every minute you're awake.

The GOP needs to repeat this lound and clear to American Sheeple. The Dumb phuck DemoRats would not allow this type of spying if they get control of the government. We are doomed if the Rats get control.

I haven't heard a peep either, Howlin. I remarked earlier, on another thread, that Pelosi gave kudos to the UK, but was silent on praising our own government agencies. Wouldn't you think that the men and women of the CIA, Homeland Security, FBI, etc., would be extremely insulted?

Your wondering might be spot on. Roger Hedgecock, in for Rush said they were cut out because the Brits were afraid that it would be leaked before they could excute the arrests.

Don't kid yourself. They will use it in earnest against us and their political opponents. They'll only give the terrorists a pass.

"An alert the FBI and DHS sent out Thursday to state and local law enforcement agencies which is classified "For Official Use Only" and was obtained by TIME warns them that the peroxide-based explosives could also be employed in future attacks here." Someone should have their azz handed to them for giving official security documents to the Times. Yeah, like that's gonna happen.
