I wish there was too, but one thing in life I have learned is one thing. There is no easy answer..

Yes, the idiots. Why can't they figure out they would be the first ones these types would kill when they get the chance?

Thanks for the sanity everyone! I'm off to bed to read a book and get some sleep. Good night.

I wish you the best in getting recertified and getting a teaching job you like. I think in a few weeks all will be routine for you and your children as regards school. But do listen to your instincts if you're not comfortable with a teacher. I was not blessed with a good mom like you, but that makes me more apprecative of good moms. I think a loving mom's instinct can be a powerful thing.

Been thinking of you today. We owe your country a very deep "thank you". Let all your friends and neighbors know how much your government is appreciated.

My youngest cried every morning before school and cried most of every morning in school until the end of first grade. I tried bribing her, yelling, staying with her for awhile. Finally one very bad morning I'd had enough, gave her a good spaking and she NEVER cried before school again. She ended up having the best grades and being more active in school than the other 2...go figure.

There is no reasonable response to their idiocy.

Good night. Hope tomorrow is better for you and your little girl. ;*)

Does anyone else suspect that the POTUS is wearing a vest in the above photos?

I'm sure you've had a response by now but yes, absolutely. I watched him live and thought he is either retaining fluid :o) or has a vest on.

Well, ask my youngest how old I was compared to the other kids' Moms............I had some of them by 20 years too.

(And I look younger than most of them now......hehe.....)

One of the reasons for that is that I get enough sleep..........so GOOD NIGHT, ALL!

Snugs:
Do you know of any site in the UK where we could send a note of thanks and appreciation for the wonderful job they did on thwarting this mass murder of innocent UK and US citizens?

I'd like to send them a thanks for a job well done, and I am sure there are many other Americans to share these same sentiments and respect for the UK.

***I heard a blurb that the Brits did not tell us until the end for fear of another treasonous leak. Did anybody else hear that?*** Sadly, I heard they were afraid the leak would come from our CIA.

I heard that also. And sadly enough - I had to say thank God they didn't. Our own CIA and I'm thankful they were not privy to this info. What does this say?

Hi Snugs, Thank you for your work on the Dose today! I am getting here late tonight, and am off to bed shortly--will have to read it all tomorrow. But, I wanted to thank you and let you know that I thought of you several times today with all that is going on. The first time I thought of you today was when I was in the car on the way to school listening to a news conference from the UK. Even though the subject was horrible, I always love hearing the accents. :) Hope all is well with you and your dad.

Also remember, I believe it was last week, that some FReepers were commenting on Tony Snow's demeanor during a press. Made you wonder if Tony knew something and I was guessing it was something drastic to do with the Lebanon war.

Hi snugs. Question. Is there another leader lurking about who can fill Blair's shoes when he leaves?

I've always loved Tony Snow's taste in clothes. I wonder if he's rubbing off on our President or if he just got some new ties for his birthday?
