I don't want to drag this one regarding the LibertyForum and foul language, but I will make one comment in case it never became clear previously. I believe that all modes of speech can be used poorly or effectively, depending on the situation and the person on the other side of the conversation. When I intend to shock, I shock. Because I have a reputation of expressing complex thoughts clearly, I succeed in shocking. If you review my posts on this thread, you'll find my reasons why in abortion debate in particular it is necessary to shock America's consciousness. I also obey the rules of the forum, both here and anywhere else.
It is my conviction that any forum needs rigorous moderation for personal invective and foul language, and I don't mind also moderating for editorial policy as it happens here. The result is that FreeRepublic is a place where conversations tend to be polite, and LibertyForum is a plece where they tend to be rude. Since the LibertyForum's management pointedly refuses to moderate the forum, I turn their error to my advantage as I see it. If they come to their senses and clean up that place, I will be happy to cut the trash talk over there.
I will not respond to further stuff regarding LibertyForum or my personality, as it is taking away from this important thread.
