My husband was packing at 5:15AM PDT when we heard about the new restrictions. He just repacked his carry-on without any liquids and went on down to LAX. He said the lines at the curb were horrendous but that there were soooo many TV vans, too! That part cracked him up! He had no problems making his flight.
