The TransAlaska Pipeline Systems (TAPS) is very well maintained and is 'pigged' regularly. It also heavily regulated and has multiple FedGov and SoA watchdogs - it is the most heavily regulated pipeline in the USofA.

What bothers me is that the words "criminal investigation" were being thrown around immediately and heavily. "Investigation", fine. "Criminal investigation?" Let's wait until more information is available to sling words like that around.

And I have no friends or relatives working for BP.
