Woah...we need a reality check check here - are they really suggesting the Israeli military might overthrow the Israeli civilian government because of the way a military operation is going (or for any other reason)?!
I have a hard time believing this... I'm not saying its false but we need to be skeptical.

The "coup" would not be one as we think of it, i.e. where the military takes all political power. I think it would be a limited coup where the IDF takes foreign policy power from the PM and essentially acts as an independant defense force (kind of like Hezbollah in a way).
