Any UN resolution has that same problem. Unless the US enforces it, it ain't gonna happen. Hopefully, we'll just continue bickering inthe UN while Israel continues to crush hezbollah. But the US and Israel are fully aware of france's and the UN's double-talk.

I hope that you, and others in this thread that view this as a kind of pre-battle psy-ops, are correct. I am too cynical to view this as anything other than a corrupt and dishonorable surrender to a vicious enemy. I think the fix is on. I hope that I am wrong, but I do not think so.
