Bush may have used the term before, but this is the first time I've seen a clip of him saying it being BROADCAST on my local MSM TV station. And it's surely the first time a large segment of the population has seen and heard a clip of him saying it.
Well, one of his speeches where he said it before was broadcast on my radio station. It was during the day, so I'm not suer how much exposure it received.
Repeating it now is appropriate and necessary. Thankfully, other GOPers are using the term. I heard Santorum and JD Hayworth both calle them that in the last couple of weeks.
