Astrolite.

That would qualify as a liquid but the anhydrous hydrazine is god-awful nasty stuff, toxic, corrosive and stinks to high heaven. If you tried to mix it on the plane, you'd probably kill yourself when you added the AN as large volumes of ammonia are a byproduct of this reaction.

I would stick to the nitric esters, maybe nitroglycol as it is less viscous then nitroglycerin. Still in all it's rather twitchy stuff and best left alone

Wasn't Astrolite sold as a commercial blasting agent? Seems like awfully problematic stuff for commercial use.
