I viewed this as much as I could frame by frame. At the end of 42 seconds, the video fades out and resumes what appears to be a few seconds later.

Before it fades, the Army guy is holding onto the stretcher. After the fade (at about the end of the 42 second mark), the army guy appears to be missing. On what appears to be the last frame I could get, the army guy seems to be walking off to the "Mr white shirt civilian"'s right (our left). At the same time a person who I cannot identify previously is casting a shadow over Mr. Civilian's left side and at the beginning of second 43 he appears a little darker.


At the 58 to 59 second minute mark the scene fades again and some time lapses off film. The reporters that were close to the ambulance have apparently moved back when the action resumes. It can be seen that Mr Civilian is directing the cameras on one side while Green Helmut is directing the cameras at the other side.

At the one minute mark, "Mr civilian" turns showing his left side and one can clearly see a walkie talkie on his belt like the one Green Helmut has.

An aside, at about 19 seconds an object seems to be shooting from inside the caved in building to outside. I assume its probably something on the film.
