With these arrests today, eleven students missing last week, this could be a massive plan all over the country/world coming together on one day.

Approximately 30% of all illegal immigrants came here legally and then overstayed their visas, many of them students. So 11 students is barely noticeable when there are thousands who do so every month.

Don't know where you got the numbers from, but the point remains--someone called in immediately. Your original post was complaining about government searches. Since 9-11 all of us have lost some freedom. The root is not our government, the root is terrorism. I'm not going down the immigration, constitution, etc., road with you. I've been there and done that here. The point is that you can't blame the government for trying to keep the country safe. Blame the terrorists for making the searches etc. necessary.

I did my undergraduate work at Montana State. We had less than 250 foreign students then, and according to recent numbers we had 360-odd from 60 countries last year.

20 applying from Egypt alone, all male, should sound alarm bells for everyone involved.
