That's what she thought. If Snopes said this is false, then I would saw that Snopes has been discredited. I read that article when she wrote it. It was utterly chilling. And it's been awhile, so this thing has been in the planning for quite some time. I don't know that it was planning for this exact attack we're hearing about today, but I have no doubt that it was research for an attack at some point.
This attack was originally scheduled for Dec. 2003 and was disrupted at the time. But this operation is much larger than the original one that was disrupted.
