Here are relevant key parts to the UN deal, I think the US has replaced their desire for Hebollah to disarm with calling on Hezbolloh to pull North of Latani river:

I just don't see how the Lebanese Army, the French soldiers or the UNIFIL idiots will be able to keep the Hezzies from doing pretty much as they please.
They are all AFRAID of them.
That's not bad. That would leave all the bunkers and the rocket caches exposed so they could be disposed of.
