To: Knitting A Conundrum

What ever the outcome of the battle with Hezbollah I think we will see a major shake-up in Israeli politics. The disengagement plan will meet a lot of resistance, and with many soldiers falling due to what the military - and therefore the citizens, since we are on the whole talking about a citizens army - perceive dithering politicians, Kadima and Labour will end up in hot water.

If the war drags on much longer, I suspect that their coalition will be dead. There's a lot of angst bubbling up. They should be glad that Bibi hasn't been acting like he's trying to see if he can organize a coalition that would take power away from Kadima-Labour.
