I feel sorry for Tony Blair. He knew this was going to break today but went on holiday. No way he could cancel it, that would tip off the terrorist.

Okay...I have had the streaming Fox News on my computer for 20 minutes...and all they have talked about is the "inconvenience" of not carrying liquid with carry on luggage on airplane flights....sigh

Blair has been a friend no doubt. (but right now he is in the doghouse because of the Margaret Thatcher story, LOL!)

Remember the story about the Allies breaking the Nazi Code in WWII?

They learned of Nazi plans to bomb a city in England, but did not warn the citizens because it would tip off the Nazi's.

I think of that often during this War on Terror whenever the NYT's or "Unnamed Sources" leak classified info.
