The IAF must have lousy bombs or all their pilots are crossed eyed or blind in one eye, they launched an air strike on Lebanon's largest Palestinian refugee camp with 75,000 refugees and their descendants and they killed only 2 Palestinians?
I can kill 2 Palestinians out of 75,000 and descendants just by throwing a hand grenade.

The camp is home to about 75,000 Palestinian refugees
It's possible there was no one at home - the noise might have been rather loud lately.
