Just as a side note, when Olmert was mayor, he spoke at a church in our town, just a few remarks, nothing heavy.

The church had taken up a collection for some charity or other in Israel, and Olmert had been invited to come and accept the check, and speak.

I had no idea at the time I was hearing the future prime minister.

In my prayers I have asked, perhaps not too kindly, for the demise of the Democrat party. Its purpose have long since strayed away from being the advocate and protector of the little guy to an organization which wants to oppress and rule him. A party of hope and decent stated ideals morphed into a party of debauchery. Please let this be the beginning of the end of this evil political nightmare.
