Yet I pray that our God exhibit Himself in mercy upon them as He has so graciously granted this unworthy one forgiveness and grace in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, by repentance from sin and belief in His Name, amen.
Even so great a salvation does not always deliver from all the earthly consequences of our sin, however. Yet this hope we have, that God disciplines those He loves, as a Father His own children, amen.
