In the bottom-of-the-hour news during Rush, WMAL reported that one of the 11 missing Egyptian students was found in Montana and is now being questioned by the FBI.
Probably. Just Auntie Nadia and Uncle Tonouse.
They'd need a TSA clearance to take flight lessons nowadays. It's not just a piece of paper that can be forged either. The real danger would be in them having an uncle "akhmed" that would teach them how to fly.
No, you didn't miss anything. Bridgett tossed out the typical Fox teaser, "coming up", and all that. What was that you said yesterday, "fool me once"? LOL
That might prove interesting.
Perp-walk like an Egyptian.
Iranian Doctors Say They Cloned a Sheep.
The sheep is damned unhappy about it.
I have just surrendered control of my TV, but I will get it back shortly.
I might be moving to Montana soon
Raise me up a crop of lonely dental floss
Raising it up
Waxing it down
In a little white box that I can sell uptown
Just by myself, I wouldn't have no boss
I'd be raising my lonely dental floss
Yippy aye yo tie yea!

But I'll bet the goats are relieved.
Two of them were picked up in New Jersey.

Hhhmmmm...
Stranger and stranger --- lost "students" my aching arse.
Well THAT was not worth waiting for! Page, on Fox, reported what we already knew. Just a short bleep of information. Basically reporting news we already heard early this morning. Heck, we have more info than Fox does.
And they have yet to address several of your excellent questions!
I'm trying to think of something good here... Did it come out between 81 and 85, 'cause that's when I was in the Corps. How's that for a manly excuse? If it came out after that, I was in jail for assaulting 10 cops.
Excerpt from MSNBC: "Local police in New Jersey also believe they have apprehended two more of the Egyptian students. Federal agents, however, have not yet confirmed the identities of these students."
MSNBC reported this 20 minutes before Fox reported OLD news. LOL
Thanks, SE Mom!
Don't they know that inquiring minds want to know more about possible threats on our own soil?
Fox is immersed in the Mideast, which is understandable. However, I don't think that's a good enough excuse to completely ignore our own homeland security.
I also think that perhaps we haven't given the FBI the credit they deserve. I'm beginning to think that they were very active in tracking these students, and it's possible that the reason they didn't post their pictures on the media was to give these young men a false sense of security.
If only the FBI would round up all the other illegals and ship them back to wherever they came from! Let's see...1 found in Minneapolis and two in New Jersey. They don't seem like they are headed for Montana State do they! Montana State should not be importing "students" from Arab countries right now for exchange purposes.
I have not doubted the intensity of the FBI's search, and the lack of photos still tells me that OUR suspicions are correct: they are NOT students.
Read the latest at: http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/08/09/egyptian.students/index.html
Excerpts: "WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Three of the 11 Egyptian students who failed to show up at a Montana university last month were taken into custody Wednesday.
The FBI on Saturday issued a nationwide alert to law enforcement agencies. Included were the students' names, ages, passport numbers and photographs.
"At the present time there are no known associations to any terrorist groups. Approach with caution," the lookout bulletin said."
Excerpt: "Two were found in New Jersey, according to two law enforcement officials, one of whom said they turned themselves in to authorities. No further information was available."
Excerpt: "There was no indication what El-Dessouki was doing in Minnesota, but he was not visiting relatives, the official said.
"Preliminary investigation has not identified any credible or imminent threat posed by El-Dessouki or the other missing Egyptian students," Kolko said.
The search continues for the eight remaining Egyptian students, authorities said."
